change(ems) - 为蒸汽瞬时记录查询结果添加降序排序

- 在 EmsRecordSteamInstantMapper.xml 文件中，为 selectEmsRecordSteamInstant 查询添加了 order by ersi.obj_id desc 子句
- 此修改确保查询结果按 obj_id 字段降序排列
